In shortWe collect what you give us in our forms and tools, basic site analytics, and, for customers, only the data in the tools you choose to connect. We use it to run stratbox and to talk to you. We do not sell personal information or use customer data to train AI models for anyone else. Product data is hosted in US data centers.
This policy explains how STRATBOX AI LLC ("stratbox," "we," "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit stratbox.ai (the "Site"), use our free tools, or use the stratbox platform (together, the "Services").
For Site visitors and people who contact us, we decide how personal information is used. For data inside a customer Workspace, we process it on behalf of that customer, and the customer's own privacy notice and our agreement with them apply.
Customers can connect tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana and Slack. We read only the projects and channels you select, as allowed by the permissions you grant, and only to deliver the Services. You can disconnect a tool at any time.
When you use the Site, we and our providers collect device and browser details, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring pages and actions such as form submissions. We use cookies and similar technologies for this; see our Cookie Policy.
We may receive business contact details, such as name, job title, company and work email, from business data providers and public professional profiles, to contact people whose role fits our product. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Some features use AI to analyze Workspace content and produce Outputs. They support human decisions and do not make decisions with legal or similar effects about individuals. We do not use customer content to train AI models for anyone else, and where we use AI providers, they process content under contracts that keep it confidential.
We do not sell personal information. Some US state laws treat ad measurement pixels as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out through cookie settings or a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.
Product data is hosted in US data centers. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred there. For transfers from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep Workspace data while your subscription is active and delete it 30 days after it ends, except for routine backups deleted on their normal cycle. We keep contact and lead information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for, and delete it when you ask us to.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions and least-privilege access to connected tools. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our security overview is available on request.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict some processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising. EU and UK residents can also complain to their data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Email hello@stratbox.ai to make a request. We will confirm your identity and respond within the time the law requires. If your data sits in a customer Workspace, we may pass your request to that customer.
We rely on contract to provide the Services, legitimate interests to run, secure and promote them, consent for non-essential cookies and some marketing, and legal obligation where it applies.
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. For material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email or in the product.
