For program and project managers

Get your week back from status updates.

How it helps

What stratbox does for you

stratbox ties each goal to an owner and the procedure that delivers it, then checks that procedure every week against what is really happening in the tools your teams already use.

Status that writes itself

One view of every workstream, built from the updates your teams already post. Your Friday deck becomes a link.

Early warning, not a post-mortem

When QA gets skipped or a dependency stalls, you see it that week, with who owns it and what to do next.

The why travels with the work

Every ticket traces to the goal it serves, so priority calls stop being a debate about opinions.

Where stratbox fits

Keep your tools. Add the missing layer.

If you useIt doesstratbox adds

Jira, Asana, Linear

Track tasks, tickets and sprints. Your teams keep working there.

Reads them, ties the work to goals and owners, and tells you whether the goal is on track.

Smartsheet or MS Project

Plans and Gantt charts that someone has to keep updated by hand.

Status comes from the work itself, so the plan doesn't go stale while you are in meetings.

ChatGPT or Claude

Summarises whatever you paste in. Great for minutes and drafts.

Connects to the systems, keeps history and owners, and checks progress every week without anyone asking.

Straight talk

What stratbox is not.

Better you hear it here than in a demo.

Not another tracker to update

Your teams don't fill anything in for stratbox. If it needs a new form, we've failed.

Not a Jira replacement

Keep your boards, sprints and workflows. stratbox sits above them.

Not a surveillance tool

It checks whether the work behind a goal is happening, not how many hours someone logged.

Not generally available yet

We are onboarding a small group of founding teams. You'd set it up around one live program with the founder.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does stratbox stop me chasing status updates?

stratbox connects to the tools your teams already use and reads the updates they already make. It ties each piece of work to the goal and milestone it belongs to, so the status is assembled for you instead of collected by hand.

Do my developers have to change how they work?

No. They keep working in their tools. stratbox reads from them; nobody fills in a new tracker or writes a status report for it.

How is this different from a Jira dashboard?

A Jira dashboard shows activity: tickets moved, points burned. stratbox checks whether that activity is moving the goal, using the procedure behind each goal, and flags the gap before a deadline is missed.

Can I use it for one program first?

Yes. Founding teams start with one live program, see it working, then add more.

Bring us the hard part

Tell us what keeps slipping.

A launch date that keeps moving. A status report nobody believes. A strategy that never reached the teams doing the work. Bring us the real problem and we will build the setup around it with you.
