Early access · founding teams
We are onboarding a small group of founding teams. Tell us about the program you would start with and we will reply within two business days.
Set up around one live program
We connect the tools your team already uses and map one real program from strategy to SOP with you.
Hands-on with the founder
You work directly with the person building stratbox. No ticket queue, no sales sequence.
Shape what we build next
Founding teams use it free for the first 60 days and help decide what ships next.
Before you apply
The software is new. The method isn't. stratbox applies the inspection and self-assessment discipline the US Air Force uses to keep units mission-ready, built by a team with years of enterprise integration and consulting work behind it. Your work stays in the tools you already use, so nothing is locked in, and founding teams work directly with the founders.
Mid-market teams running several programs at once, where a program manager, PMO lead, Chief of Staff or COO owns execution and is tired of chasing status updates.
Founding teams use stratbox free for the first 60 days while we set it up together. After that, founding teams get founding pricing. We will walk you through it on the first call, before you commit to anything.
The founder reads every application and replies within two business days. If it is a fit, we book a 30-minute call, pick one live program and connect your tools.
Very little. Your teams keep working in the tools they already use. Setup is a working session with you, and we ask for honest feedback every two weeks.
Most teams' is. stratbox doesn't rely on tool data alone: each assessment pairs evidence from your tools with a few questions answered by the owner, and it tells missing evidence apart from a real problem. Gaps in the data show up as findings you can fix, not as false alarms.
No. Assessments run on the cadence you set, weekly or monthly, not as a stream of pings. Only red flags and critical items are raised, each with one owner and one next step, and we decide together what counts as critical during setup.
No. stratbox checks procedures and commitments, not people's activity. It works like a unit self-assessment: the owner sees the flag, the cause and the fix, and acts before it reaches a review. And it removes the part teams hate most, being chased for updates.
stratbox only reads the projects and channels you choose to connect, and you can disconnect any tool at any time. Data is hosted in US data centers. We send our security overview before the first call so your IT team can review it while we set up, and we start with a small set of connections.
