The plan stops living in a deck.

stratbox breaks each goal into owners and procedures and keeps it live against the work in your tools.

How it helps

What stratbox does for you

stratbox ties each goal to an owner and the procedure that delivers it, then checks that procedure every week against what is really happening in the tools your teams already use.

Strategy broken down for you

Turn goals into owners, procedures and measures in one place, instead of a deck and five spreadsheets.

A live read on execution

See which goals are moving and which are stuck, drawn from the work, ready before the leadership meeting.

Recommendations, not just red

Each risk comes with the likely cause and the step that would fix it, so you walk in with a plan.

Where stratbox fits

Keep your tools. Add the missing layer.

OKR tools

Goal setting and check-ins. Cascade, Perdoo, WorkBoard.

Checks the goal against the work in your tools, not against a self-reported percentage.

Viva Goals

Retired by Microsoft at the end of 2025. Migration guide.

A home for your goals that connects to the systems where the work happens.

Decks and spreadsheets

Flexible, familiar, and out of date the day after they're built.

Always current, with history, owners and evidence attached to every goal.

Straight talk

What stratbox is not.

Better you hear it here than in a demo.

Not an OKR survey tool

Nobody gets a weekly form asking for a confidence score. Progress comes from the work.

Not a strategy consultant

stratbox doesn't decide your strategy. It keeps the one you chose connected to execution.

Not a board reporting tool

It gives you the honest picture. How you present it to the board is still your call.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does stratbox keep strategy connected to execution?

Each strategic goal is broken into owners, standard procedures and measures. stratbox reads the work in your teams' existing tools and scores whether those procedures are happening, so you can see drift as it starts.

Is stratbox an OKR tool?

It covers goals, but it doesn't rely on people self-reporting progress. It checks goals against the evidence in your tools and recommends what to do when one is slipping.

What should we use now that Viva Goals is retired?

Look for a tool that connects goals to the systems where work happens, not just another check-in form. stratbox does that, and our Viva Goals guide covers export and migration.

How much setup does it take?

Founding teams start with one strategic priority and the tools behind it, set up together with the founder.
